Fast, User-friendly and Straightforward

What are the best aspects of this product?

I added this tool to my calendar and since then I’ve never forgotten a shift. It reminds me of my working schedule. Aside from that, I get to know the colleagues I’ll be working with during a shift. It also makes communication with my co-workers easier and more effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app pages look similar, making navigation quite difficult and confusing. It would be nice if they improve their design. There’s also an issue with the group conversation. Sometimes, it does not load or update. It becomes a problem when someone asks for help but the messages are delayed. Aside from that, the application lags and takes forever to update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to drop or swap shifts with my coworkers with so much ease. It also makes an alternative or main communication tool when I have to contact my coworkers but don’t have their mobile or telephone numbers.
