What are the best aspects of this product?

Being the location head, it is important for me to know why my employees cannot work a particular shift. When I Work makes it possible for me to receive their reasoning on a single platform, instead of having to read about it on mobile as SMS. It also helps greatly that I can keep a record of the explanation for documentation purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that When I Work allows the filtering of employees who are currently not scheduled for me. This is because we have a lot of seasonal employees only and yet their names appear on the list of available workers. This is bothersome because I need to look closely to make sure that I only schedule employees who are open for shifts in the current period.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I Work has radically increased our employee scheduling efficiency, which has positively affected our branch's finances. Since we realized its potential in streamlining our business processes, we have relied on it to ensure that everything is in proper working order. This is especially true for making certain that each shift is filled for a day or a week. The app also helps in smoothing out conflicts in the schedule to avoid problems.
