What are the best aspects of this product?

When I Work has an easy to use and clean UI that makes its browser and mobile app smooth to navigate. The built-in time-off feature makes other apps or platforms unneeded too, such as email clients. This app works terrific.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform goes slow now and then, and its chatting features have some problems. In many instances, chat messages won’t load easily. Although, the app is great as a whole for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s a great tool for time management; meaning, it also helps me properly allocate budget to optimize flat rate and make customers stay. For projects with multiple clients, for example, the app helps me properly determine time availability, divide tasks, and monitor schedule. Its frequent real-time updates are helpful, as well as its dependable customer care. They help me solve some issues efficiently at the soonest possible time.
