What are the best aspects of this product?

A fantastic scheduling platform that everybody in my company loves using. It makes requesting an exchange work shift and day-offs super smooth as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app needs enhancement. I access it through the browser most of the time because of the issue in its app. Moreover, user support can be great and helpful, but you'll find some that are unprofessional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is very useful for our company’s scheduling system. It’s great for generating work shift schedules and comes with an efficient communication platform too.
