What are the best aspects of this product?

From the point of view of an employee, the best things about this software are the ability to view your schedule online and message the higher-ups such as the manager for any concern with so much ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the features are not accessible or does not work on the mobile app. For example, the mobile app launches me into a website whenever I’m trying to update my availability. It would be nice if all the features are accessible in the app. It will be more convenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am working in a concessions department with around two hundred employees and it’s just impossible to get to know each and every one. Without this platform, finding someone who can cover my shift is tough and a laborious process. But ever since we used this tool, the said task has become a breeze. I only have to post the need for a sub in the trade board. It can be seen by everyone in the department so there’s no need to send emails or message them just to ask if they can be my substitute. It saves me time and hassles. Aside from that, I can easily update my working preferences.
