PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With our previous process, it would sometime take me literal days before I got all schedules sorted out. Of course, that's not a great way of doing this, so I really appreciate how this has made it easy to organize the schedules of employees. It has also helped reduce errors, which I sometimes made with our old process since our company is a bit big and it is a lot of data to sift through. Schedules can be organized and planned easily, and informing employees is also a breeze. I also have visibility on employee details such as contact information, so I can reach out if there's anything that needs to be resolved one on one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My main problem with the application is cosmetic. It really looks outdated and old and I think it would be a great improvement if they just made it more visually-pleasing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Schedule management has just become easier and more efficient. We've discarded paper and pencil schedules and just made everything more efficient.
