What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how this tool keeps schedules organized. Because of its group function, I have the option of looking only at the schedules of the employees I manage, without having to sift through dozens and dozens of other names. It's also easy for me to make another group if there's ever another need for it. This software isn't just great for administrators either. It allows employees to see not just their schedules but the schedules of co-workers as well. This lets them take responsibility and accountability for their scheduling since they can see who is available and who isn't.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They can really improve on the way schedules are put in. Only people with specific access can input schedules for an extended period, and if you don't have that access you'll have to provide entries on a week by week basis. I think it would be good for everyone if they made this function available to all rather than have it be restricted to people given full access to the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Schedule visibility has really improved multiple aspects of our work. It has helped us out in task assignment since we can see who is available to do tasks. That this software allows us this overview is a big deal.
