What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best is the ability to view my schedule as well as the schedule of my colleagues. I can see when I have to work and when I’m free. Another incredible thing is that the system sends your schedule via email so you will stay updated even if you don’t visit the site. The software is also easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software app version has very huge file size. It takes much of my phone storage space. The design is also quite plain. It would be nice if they improve it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software makes it easier to check our shifts and know when there’s work to do.
