Makes Schedule Management Easier

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this software, our employees can see their upcoming schedules while managers are able to view significant information such as the time off requests by employees. The system also store vital employee information such as their email, contact number, and birthday so we can easily view such data when needed. The choice to trade or swap trades is also very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The wide range of features can be quite overwhelming and it takes time to learn how to make the most out of the system. Also, I’m having a hard time figuring out how to pull out reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The system does not add the hours spent on events shifts to the overall amount of hours that an employee worked in a week.
