Perfect when it comes to work schedules

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how it has made scheduling and schedule tracking such an easy and convenient thing to do. I am always on top of everything so process and day-to-day operations just go so much more smoothly now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I use the mobile app I have to go through so many buttons. It could really use some streamlining and modernization because it eats up a lot of time that I could be using for something else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Combined with its communication features, this tool has really made scheduling less tedious tasks. Employees can easily swap shifts when needed, and administrators like me don't have to rely on pen and paper anymore. It's just more convenient for everyone all around.
