PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First off, the mobile version of this tool is exceptional. I also love how it has really simplified the whole task of picking shifts. The communication functions help us to get in touch with each other, whether from management or an employee, so miscommunications are avoided and everyone is on the same page when it comes to schedules. If you don't want to communicate, it's also okay since you can put upshifts for trade and people can see it for themselves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to aesthetics, I have to admit that this software could use some improvement since their design really looks old-fashioned. I also don't like how it defaults to everyone's positions. I think it would be better if it defaults to the user's position.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling was definitely improved by this tool. Accountability and responsibility were also encouraged since the employees themselves can come up with schedules that fit their needs. They can even see who they will be working with on the same shift so they can adequately prepare for it.
