What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the ability to color code schedules. Aside from turning the simple schedules into visually appealing forms, employees are able to identify their names as well as their assigned shifts easily. Creating schedules as well as putting in employees’ time off requests are also fairly easy. The system will also keep you updated of anything that’s happening in the schedules. It sends an email notification whenever a new schedule is made or when there are changes in the schedule. Overall, WhenToWork is easy to use and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are many “views” option in the system so new users may have quite a hard time finding where to see their schedules. In terms of creating schedule, it would be great if there’s a way to just copy each week’s schedule instead of having to create the schedule every week.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to create my own schedule as well as of my staff in a breeze. This software also benefits employees as they can see their schedule as well as the time and venue of work ahead of time.
