What are the best aspects of this product?

Widen software offers detailed and useful features without changing various styles of workflow. We even incorporated Collective as a training tool for newbies as a subject of metadata and archival and retrieval of content in general. We can easily visualize references and to keep track of what’s going in to the making of image whether it is custom mapping or core EXIF data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes rollout features take longer but I believe that this is not Widen’s fault because they constantly improve the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us with internal server bloat, file duplication, project and asset management clarity.
