What are the best aspects of this product?

Widen Collective is easy to use solution it has easy set up and you can easily make changes. We have integrated with Box and it works fantastic. We look forward to integrate it to Salesforce and we believe this will work great as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The insights can be more robust and versatile. Also, they could add more color coding options for Asset Groups.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can share assets with internal and external users. The permission structure is easy and versatile. We started using Portals feature and we are already satisfied with it and we look forward to do even more things with this feature.
