What are the best aspects of this product?

Widen has wonderful customer service, they are open to feedback and attentive to our needs, they are quick to respond and always willing to assit us. I like that they constantly improves the system they make the searching easier. It reminds us to use better web browsers and we avoided Internet Explorer make Chrome available to our employees. We found the keyword feature extremely helpful and it helps us to be more organize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have issues with this solution. When I can’t find something it is mostly because one of our employees has uploaded the file in wrong place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our database of images is huge and by using Widen we can control which photos are sent and this saves us lot of time. We can set various rights levels for user accounts and we even have some pictures that we keep near and don’t make them available to others.
