What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows me to easily organize assets and to add details to the assets. I personally use filters when searching for them. I like that I can add own categories and metadata types so i can customize the sit to our company’s needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to store our assets in one place without using additional storage space on our server. It allows us to send assets to our sales reps and retailers. Also, we are able to take advantage of different user profiles and permission settings so we can provide access to our customers without the ability to change the contents. It is a helpful tool for streamlining our current process when it comes to uploading product images to our websites.
