What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Wild Apricot with our regular staff since we do not need to hire a professional web developer for it. It efficiently helps us handle membership related tasks, similar to member application and renewal. Wild Apricot is helping us manage events and functional websites too. Moreover, I’ve been using Wild Apricot for years, but I haven’t experienced any security problems with the platform. Instead, I regularly receive updates that enhance its performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite difficult to format webpages and text contents. There’s no big problem aside from this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I selected Wild Apricot for managing a writers’ org here in our local area years ago, and I have chosen it again for an Air Force alumni association recently. This is better than its contemporary alternatives way back, and even with new platforms today. Installing and use is a breeze. And it makes membership and renewal significantly faster for both groups.
