What are the best aspects of this product?
Wild Apricot is helpful for boosting our efficiency when it comes to managing different non-profit industry bodies from various fields. It helps keep income flowing smoothly, as well as bolsters interaction among personnel and volunteers. The tool gets updated regularly as well, with each update closely verified to ensure quality. And they give an ample amount of time for all personnel to learn new updates as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Wild Apricot cannot export files to the latest formats of MS Excel. Also, we need to change or delete an existing contact name before we can search for another one when sending emails. Aside from these, Wild Apricot has no big flaws that hinder us from work. In fact, we’ve been using this for managing various industry bodies, and only one of them opted to use some other platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Wild Apricot allows us to maximize the use of Affinipay for our organization. We didn’t even receive any complaints about other payment options being not available.
