Managing different data we keep is very seamless with Wild Apricot. We do not have any problems using and browsing the platform each day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to free the database with unnecessary second copies of accounts. We experience this problem because some people make new accounts using different email addresses. Although, this is not really a problem with the platform itself.

Targeting and sending emails accurately is now very efficient for us. It is easy to make emails look uniformed with the help of specific templates too.
