What are the best aspects of this product?

We spent a lot of time looking for software that will meet the needs of our company. The problem is that we have so many platforms that it takes time to finish specific tasks. We also end up using a lot of paper, and we sometimes tend to lose them, which causes chaos in the workplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A few improvements can be made to Wild Apricot to improve our experience. One example is the shipping rates that are fixed on the website. We want to make adjustments on the pricing, but right now we can't do so. I'veI've raised this issue, and I'mI'm glad that they're doing something about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All invoices are being sent to our clients on time. We are also promoting a cashless method of collecting membership fees through the auto-debit feature found in Wild Apricot. Before using this system, we are used to sending emails one by one, which is honestly time-consuming. The good thing is that Wild Apricot has a way to send them in bulk which promotes a better way of communication within the organization.
