What are the best aspects of this product?

Automation can do a lot of things to the business because it empowers employees to do other tasks other than filing and typing. Wild Apricot takes charge of sending bulk emails for updates to all clients plus annual club membership renewals are being taken care of by the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We need to spend more time learning to use the application. We find it a bit confusing at first, but fortunately, we were able to get past our challenges after familiarizing ourselves with the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes the lives of our admins easier. No need to deal with different worksheets to track club memberships and payments. Monthly payments are being auto-debited from the clients' accounts, which makes it easier for us to meet our monthly revenue quota.
