What are the best aspects of this product?
Wild Apricot does so many things for the business. There are times when we are short-staffed, so I have to do so many things on a single workday. I realized that managing a website is not that tasking anymore. I can register clients online, monitor if payments have been made, or keep track of our ongoing events. Whenever I need to see how we are raking against our competitors, I can quickly generate reports and see what needs to be done differently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Glitches and lags tend to happen now and then. Sometimes its a struggle to get into the right page or links and you have no choice but to keep on clicking the back icon repeatedly. I guess this has something to do with coding issues. I am glad tech support told me that they are now looking into the problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have always been struggling to keep track of participants every time that we are about to plan a major event. The same thing goes with payments and donations. We use to do it using an excel file which creates room for errors so we decided to look for a system that caters to all of our requests. I am glad that we found Wild Apricot because we are totally satisfied with the platform.
