Really one of the best

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've used a lot of similar systems and I have to say that this one really performs better than those. It has simplified systems that make it easy to use. Their cloud service in partnership with Verizon is top-notch and probably one of the best that I have used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that they would improve on their service because their downtime can sometimes extend for a long period of time and it really hurts my bottom line.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have to say that this has really allowed us to offer a personalized service to our customers. So far, they've been able to meet all of our needs.
