PROS: I've used a lot of similar systems and I have to say that this one really performs better than those. It has simplified systems that make it easy to use. Their cloud service in partnership with Verizon is top-notch and probably one of the best that I have used.

CONS: I do wish that they would improve on their service because their downtime can sometimes extend for a long period of time and it really hurts my bottom line.

PROS: There are a number of things that I really appreciate about this. For one, their SLA's are really quite clear. I can also say that the pricing for their product is really simple. Finally, the account team behind this is really exceptional and has been a great help to us.

CONS: I did encounter some issues after installing. Unfortunately, the TAC didn't immediately review it. I think this is something they can improve on in the future.
