What are the best aspects of this product?

The two things that I really appreciate about this is that the team really seem to know the ins and outs of their product. It also looks like they really have poured resources into this, which makes it a really effective tool that helps out our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From what I understand they're still growing as a company and, as such, are encountering some growing pains. But there's really nothing that I find really objectionable or worth complaining about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The connectivity between our branches, as well as VOIP, has really been improved thanks to this.
