Works great and is easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things that I really appreciate about this. For one, their SLA's are really quite clear. I can also say that the pricing for their product is really simple. Finally, the account team behind this is really exceptional and has been a great help to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did encounter some issues after installing. Unfortunately, the TAC didn't immediately review it. I think this is something they can improve on in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has really made it easier to monitor our work since now all of the data is consolidated into one place and if a failure does happen, we only need to look at a single point.
