Easy enough to use even for non-editors

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this makes it easier for people who aren't as familiar with video editing to share their thoughts and comments and then have the actual editors do the technical stuff. Users can set in and out points as well, which are usually done by professional editors and at a higher cost. With this tool, costs can be brought down and the job of the editors can be made easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool could be a little more user-friendly. Currently, you still need a basic understanding of video editing to really maximize the tool. Perhaps they could introduce some sort of tutorial in future versions of this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Coming up with material is so much easier now. We can take a longer presentation and easily take footage from it to come up with short videos that are perfect for social media.
