PROS: Because of the number of videos we make each year, our work process can take quite some time, especially when it comes to leaving feedback and comments for editing. Thanks to this tool's features, me and my team can comment on the exact frame we want edited, making for a more streamlined process and a more collaborative atmosphere between us and our editors.

CONS: Most of the time, this tool does a great job for us, and makes our video editing process run so much more smoothly and efficiently. That said, one improvement I would like to see is them providing us with a bitly link rather than a long URL.

PROS: There are a number of things to like about this tool, but my favorite would have to be the flexibility of the comment feature. With this tool, I can pick a specific frame, pick a specific place within that frame, and leave a comment about it. Their "team only" comment feature is something that I also really appreciate, since I can communicate with my team without having the clients be privy to that conversation. This is also great to use for multiple campaigns since the subfolder feature makes it easy to keep things organized. Notifications are also exceptional, letting me know when a video is being uploaded and watched and even who has watched it. The user experience and the user interface is just excellent.

CONS: One thing that could really use some changes is the Premier Pro plugin. When it works, it's really good, but it is so buggy and tedious to use that I've stopped using it altogether. There are times when I can't even login. I also think adding an overall notes section would be really useful, since can clients can now just leave a summation of all their thoughts about the video.

PROS: I really appreciate how this has saved us time and allowed us to opt out of really confusing phone calls. All I need to do when suggesting edits is to login and then provide feedback on the exact frames of the video I want changed. our editors can then use this feedback when editing. I don't have to go through all the trouble of trying to describe the changes I want made over a phone call.

CONS: I have encountered instances where the comment I left ends up in a different place from where I intended it to be. It's not really a big deal since it can be solved with a simple clarificatory phone call, but the point of this tool is that I shouldn't have to be making those pbone calls in the first place. Versioning could also be made mor user-friendly. There have also been issues when it comes to uploading to Vimeo from this tool. I'd like to see improvements on these by the time the next version comes around.

PROS: I like how this makes it easier for people who aren't as familiar with video editing to share their thoughts and comments and then have the actual editors do the technical stuff. Users can set in and out points as well, which are usually done by professional editors and at a higher cost. With this tool, costs can be brought down and the job of the editors can be made easier.

CONS: The tool could be a little more user-friendly. Currently, you still need a basic understanding of video editing to really maximize the tool. Perhaps they could introduce some sort of tutorial in future versions of this.

PROS: First off, I really appreciate how user-friendly the user interface us. Because of that, we can confidently communicate with our clients, since more often than not they can grasp it on their own. Sometimes all it takes to get them onboard is to send them links. Our clients can also scan a video with minimum hassle, and then leave their comments and feedback on specific frames. They can even leave notes on specific areas of the video. This really makes the process move along quickly since they don't need to call us or set up an in-person meeting. This also makes it easy for us to see their feedback as well as understand what they want to happen, so edits can be done quickly.

CONS: A lot of things can still be improved. There are times when the notification emails can be buggy. I've also encountered bugs when it comes to naming new folders or even creating them. The added charge for adding more users to our account is also a roadblock.

PROS: I like how the improvements and enhancements are continuous with this product. The user interface is also user-friendly and intuitive, so clients can review a video quickly and cokme up with the revisions they want. Logging in is also easy since you really don't need to do, all you need to do is identify yourself.

CONS: I really wish that they had a pricing structure that is stable and not constantly changing. During the time that I used this, how the price waws determined changed so often. It started out with the number of users, and then the number of assets, and then how much of the storage was being used. A more stable pricing structure would really be preferable.

PROS: This tool has really been a blessing to me as a project manager. For one thing, items can be marked complete, so I know what it is exactly that the team has accomplished and what they are still working on. This is also a great tool when it comes to dealing with clients, sine it allows for the uploading of any type of media, whether it is images or video. From there, clients can leave feedback and comments, often on the exact frame or spot on the image they're talking about, so it makes the work of our editors so much more easy since they don't have to second guess anything. Being able to reply to that comment directly is also a great feature, since clients can be assured that their feedback is being considered.

CONS: The preview function could use some improvements, since we've had a number of incidents where smaller images have been blow up larger than they should be in previews, so the clients end up thinking that the images are not of high quality or pixellated. There have also been moments when the preview function has distorted colors as well. I hope they work on this in future versions because it is so much work to have to explain to clients that they have to zoom out to see the image as it should be.

PROS: The most exceptional thing about this tool is its efficiency. Clicking on a video, marking the time, and leaving feedback can all be done so quickly and efficiently, making our media director's work of editing and cutting so much more easier. Collaboration is now easier than ever.

CONS: Quite frankly, this has been really good to us and saved us a lot of time. I can't think of one thing to complain about.
