What are the best aspects of this product?
First off, I really appreciate how user-friendly the user interface us. Because of that, we can confidently communicate with our clients, since more often than not they can grasp it on their own. Sometimes all it takes to get them onboard is to send them links. Our clients can also scan a video with minimum hassle, and then leave their comments and feedback on specific frames. They can even leave notes on specific areas of the video. This really makes the process move along quickly since they don't need to call us or set up an in-person meeting. This also makes it easy for us to see their feedback as well as understand what they want to happen, so edits can be done quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A lot of things can still be improved. There are times when the notification emails can be buggy. I've also encountered bugs when it comes to naming new folders or even creating them. The added charge for adding more users to our account is also a roadblock.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has been a real time saver for us. We no longer have to sit through phone calls where we try to understand what the client is describing when it comes to the edits they want made. Now all that needs to be done is for us to send them a link. They can then use the tool to point out the exact frame of the video they want edited, and we can then quickly proceed to editing it so it meets their specifications. This is definitely a game changer.
