What are the best aspects of this product?

Wix Answers stood out for us because it bundles all the tools that we need in one powerful platform. It offers a ticketing system, a knowledge base, and a helpdesk solution. Above all, the platform’s user-friendly platform, powerful customization options, and knowledge-sharing capabilities fit the bill. Using Wix Answers, we can deliver the consistent customer experience our customers expect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Wix Answers is “new” software, and we are not surprised that some basic functionalities are missing. For example, some key content collaboration and table editing tools are missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our e-commerce business was growing exponentially, the customer base was expanding, and sales volume was reaching new heights. As this happened, customer issues were mounting really fast. In less than two years we found ourselves in need of a more robust solution to handle the increasing customer issues.
