PROS: No technical knowledge is needed to create simple websites using this magnificent but user-friendly tool. Every template available is created by professional designers so you can be sure of the quality of your website design. It is also great to have a free site with Wix that can support our advertising needs.

CONS: Once you choose a design template, you cannot change your mind. Also, templates are rather limited in scope as they are not suitable for sites that have a ton of data, from pages and texts to visual content. On top of it all, it does not adapt well to mobile screens.

PROS: With Wix Answers, our support team was able to quickly prioritize our messages to deliver the much needed personalized care and attention. The clean and intuitive user interface helped the support staff to increase ticket response speed. Besides, we were able to train agents faster and to configure our KB—all without depending on professional developers or outside support.

CONS: The only issue we have about Wix Answers is the colors and design of chat. While this is a superficial issue, we hope the chats are improved to match the quality of the frontrunners in this industry.

PROS: Wix Answers’ knowledge base enabled us to give our customers an easy way to help themselves. The knowledge base helps our customers to find the information they need about our products and services. It is an integral part of our overall customer experience, and it helps our brand look consistent. On the other hand, the insights module gives us the information we need to understand our customers better. We are in a better position to understand the customers’ pain points and tweak the info provided in the KB to serve customers more effectively.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about Wix Answers. The solution has offered what we were looking for. For now, no issue to mention.

PROS: Wix Answers strikes a balance between cost-effectiveness and functionality. It has given me all the tools (ticket system, knowledgebase, live chat, and call center). I need to create a comprehensive support experience for my customers. The platform doesn’t provide a lot of add-on services, but that doesn’t take away much from its capability.

CONS: That said, the knowledge base editor lacks some editing capabilities, and may not be sufficient to deliver rich-media materials via the KB.

PROS: Wix Answers helps us get in touch with our customers anytime, anywhere. This is a great benefit for us because we are always out on the field for projects such as weddings and other photoshoots. This also relieves our in-office staff because it is just one person.

PROS: My clients like Wix Answers because it assists them in getting the support they need even when I am not online. This is great for us all because I cannot be online all the time. This is especially more advantageous during the holiday seasons. This way, I can get a step up in the game against local competition. Moreover, if the person available is unable to provide assistance, there is still a ticketing system that customers can use to send me their queries. Because of this, I have learned to make use of the tools available to small businesses to help me manage different aspects of my operation.

CONS: I have not yet used Wix Answers for comprehensive support because mine is just a small business that has simple needs. However, I believe that I would still be able to use this even when I expand because of the robust toolset.
