What are the best aspects of this product?
Wix Answers strikes a balance between cost-effectiveness and functionality. It has given me all the tools (ticket system, knowledgebase, live chat, and call center). I need to create a comprehensive support experience for my customers. The platform doesn’t provide a lot of add-on services, but that doesn’t take away much from its capability.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
That said, the knowledge base editor lacks some editing capabilities, and may not be sufficient to deliver rich-media materials via the KB.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As a small business owner, I was looking for a solution that would offer nearly all customer support tools without inflating the cost. I had a host of options to choose from, but Wix Answers stood out for me.
