What are the best aspects of this product?

Wix Answers helps us get in touch with our customers anytime, anywhere. This is a great benefit for us because we are always out on the field for projects such as weddings and other photoshoots. This also relieves our in-office staff because it is just one person.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no problem with Wix Answers as of now. We have not yet maximized it because ours is just a small business.

Our clients appreciate the customer service we offer through Wix Answers. This gives us another touchpoint to get in contact with them.
