What are the best aspects of this product?

The solution was easy to install: we installed it on our own with external support. It took some time to learn the basics, but afterward, using the platform was a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The email address that we reply to customers bears a Wix address. I would rather it was easy to change it to our company address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a small business, we don’t have the resources to hire a professional developer to install software solutions for us.
