What are the best aspects of this product?
With Wix Answers, our support team was able to quickly prioritize our messages to deliver the much needed personalized care and attention. The clean and intuitive user interface helped the support staff to increase ticket response speed. Besides, we were able to train agents faster and to configure our KB—all without depending on professional developers or outside support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only issue we have about Wix Answers is the colors and design of chat. While this is a superficial issue, we hope the chats are improved to match the quality of the frontrunners in this industry.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We knew it would be a tough ask to replicate our phenomenal customer experience in our customer support in the absence of reliable software. During our search, we benchmarked multiple platforms and even implemented some on a trial basis. However, none of these solutions really enabled us to instill the magical feeling that our support needed. Then, we found Wix Answers.
