Wix Answers has enabled me to deliver real-time support to my customers. It empowered me to connect with my customers on a personal level and hold their hands throughout the buying process. My customers cherish individualized online support, and it has been easy to keep happy and satisfied.

Wix Answers is still a work in progress, and as you would expect, some critical functionalities are missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My business was losing ground to competitors because of the inability to deliver instant and personalized support. This was costing me infinite business opportunities. But, I was in a critical stage, and I could not afford the high-end solutions to deliver live chat support to ward off competition. Wix Answers came to my rescue.
