Wix Answers has been wonderful in helping us resolve issues our customers present to us. With it, they can tell us what their problems are and we can help them quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if there is a free version but I don't have much complaint because it is worth the money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a platform that gives our customers space where they can send us their concerns. Because of this, we can address their issues with ease.
