What are the best aspects of this product?
My clients like Wix Answers because it assists them in getting the support they need even when I am not online. This is great for us all because I cannot be online all the time. This is especially more advantageous during the holiday seasons. This way, I can get a step up in the game against local competition. Moreover, if the person available is unable to provide assistance, there is still a ticketing system that customers can use to send me their queries. Because of this, I have learned to make use of the tools available to small businesses to help me manage different aspects of my operation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not yet used Wix Answers for comprehensive support because mine is just a small business that has simple needs. However, I believe that I would still be able to use this even when I expand because of the robust toolset.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has helped me save time from support activities so I can focus my time and effort on money-making activities instead. It is as if I have an assistant but it is less worrisome when it comes to interactions.
