What are the best aspects of this product?
We were doing a lot of research on virtual platforms. But nothing in the market is as convenient as that of WizIQ. I've been using WizIQ for several years not. I consider it to be the greatest video/voice medium online for interaction.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate how support isn't always around for help right away. At times, we experienced some weird issues with "breaking" voice calls. From time to time, a student won't see which content is being presented while other students can see them without any problems. On things like this, we highly expected support to be around right away to help our classes run smoothly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aside from breaking borders, we get to reach out to students from different corners of the world. No need to spend money to travel and get to them. Not even the thought of getting a visa to teach students. I'm a business person and I frequently travel.
