PROS: I purchased Wonderfox DVD Ripper Pro software for 29.95 and immediately found a bug in it. After contacting support they agreed a fix would be made. I never heard about any progress in this regard so I requested a refund. After several exchanges from the company, they denied my refund and said, "We have Accepted and Unaccepted Circumstances in our refund policy. We cannot issue a refund for this reason." Well I checked their policy, and it clearly states a refund is due if product is defective and you request before 30 days. I would not recommend purchasing from Wonderfox Soft, Inc., licensed name: Chengdu Yimige Technology Co., Ltd., because they do not stand behind their own satisfaction guarantee. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
