What are the best aspects of this product?
Our company uses popular internet marketing techniques such as SMM, email marketing, SEM, SEO etc., and Woopra helps us understand how a business lead has converted. We also use the app to evaluate conversion funnels and to optimize the conversions. You can use Woopra to interact live with your website visitors. You can get campaign level reports that help you gauge the effectiveness of a certain campaign and its ROI. Finally, Woopra can be used to understand how your offline leads come and convert for you.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no visible minus points, but for a broader view of web analytics, Google Analytics is a better option. Sometimes, Woopra gets disconnected if the internet connection is slow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Woopra gives us plenty of useful information. We can know which leads come from Adwords and which leads come from Bing Ads, etc. Plus, we can track our website visitors’ navigation and get data on which pages they visited, how they interacted with the pages, how they converted, and from which pages they made their exit. This tells us which are the popular pages and which pages have high exit rates and bounce rates. Based on the data, we can strive to keep improving the pages.
