Pros:
I am an early user of Woopra and have been using the app right from its beta testing stage when it was one of the first platforms to offer real-time visitor insights and the opportunity to engage them as well. A lot has changed about the app since then but I continue to love the system as it fulfills all my requirements.

Cons:
I faced a few problems with third party integration because of the plugin I used. Apart from this minor glitch, it has been smooth sailing for me.

You can use Woopra to easily get data on individual users. The interface has been designed for the needs of busy marketers.

Woopra allows you to combine all of your customer data with one-click integration. Before Woopra, I was trying to understand our churn metrics relative to marketing campaigns and product releases. We were simply unable to find a way to consolidate our data across Salesforce, Hubspot and our own in-app data. With Woopra, I can see all of the activity for each individual, along with how they use our product. Now, I can begin to understand what makes a happy customer, what actions indicate that a customer might churn and target them directly with personalized, relevant content to re-engage them.
