What are the best aspects of this product?
The highlight for me is being able to tag website visitors and track their navigation habits. This is more effective to watch the flow than looking at a report.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The vendor could pair other events such as visitors filling out forms, etc. to tag them and know more about them. Another valuable addition would be an online chat feature that I can use to chat with my website visitors.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Woopra to fix broken links as I watch visitors view them as well as to update the pages that are viewed a lot by the visitors.
