What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how simple WordStream is! I can easily manage the many client PPC accounts that we are currently handling. It definitely saves us time and even our clients are amazed with the reports! With WordStream, scaling our PPC clients to over 30 to 40 clients is very workable and we only need ONE person to manage all those accounts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd like to see the Facebook Management feature and how it works. It's not there yet but I am quite sure we'll get there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage a number of PPC accounts and WordStream ensures that we are doing everything right.
