What are the best aspects of this product?
WordStream is impartial in that it will give me suggestions other than increase daily budget, which is generally what AdWords does. WordStream allows me to more smart with my accounts smarter and delivers more conversions for the same budget.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The desktop interface is not as friendlt when viewed using smaller monitors (i.e. netbooks). It's difficult to see the information I need such as metrics and more.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
WordStream brought our CPA down and increased the inflow of relevant traffic to our sites.
