Great PPC platform with awesome customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

Managing and setting up your advertising campaigns for Google and Bing is a tad easier with WordStream. Accuracy is highly improved and expenses are significantly reduced. In addition, their customer service were very helpful and just simplified the onboarding process for us, whether we are advanced PPC users or beginners.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface of a few advanced functionalities are based on flash and could really use some improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now capable of running our PPC management without having to rely on a third party agency, which means we are saving more money and quick to correct errorts.
