What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most is the ability to sync with AdWords. It allows me to quickly diagnose and implement important changes through all our paid campaigns. It provides me with information that I need in order to get the campaigns 2 hrs a week.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some onboarding materials on social advertising product are not as intuitive as the AdWords materials. You cannot find training webinars for social product while AdWords product offers two webinars on a weekly basis. Of course you can find materials by yourself but this is an issue when it comes to their training portfolio.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to present our content in front of potential clients and to build our original presence at the same time. Its Paid ads helps us to be more focused on our niche and to get to reach more people to download the contents. We have attributable revenue that comes out of our PPC efforts and WordStream saves us lot of time. It helps us to build paid campaigns in less time and we know that there are in a good spot.
