What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool saves you lot of time and it provides you with important insights into the campaigns. You have to spend 20min work week for projects and budgets. I was worried because the support was Boston based and I’m in South Australia but they immediately find a solution and the account manager worked and access his own calendar so he can book the times directly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found that the keyword suggestions can be little clunky but the main purpose to this tool is to manage your campaign, therefore, I don’t have dislikes about this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its Query Stream function offers great insight on how customers get to our site. It is time saving tool and we managed to drop the average CPA by 20%. Also, its automatic bid adjustment recommendations are also great because it makes the top one campaigns to be displayed every Monday for review.
