What are the best aspects of this product?

With this tool I can manage multiple accounts within 20min work on a weekly basis. It allows me to pop into each account and to pay attention to the tasks that need improvements or more work. Before purchasing this product I had to spend huge amount of time in order to review and prioritize the accounts and I had very limited time. This tool allows me to stay on the top of all fundamentals and to do advanced improvements when needed. I also like the integration with Bing, I can manage Ad Words and Bing at the same time from WordStream.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

WordStream does the job but at the end is not one of the best customizable software in the market. I have to say that the metrics for making decisions within 20min work weekly do not include Conv. Value and there is no option for changing the columns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to better service my accounts in less time. We don’t have to hire second PPC manager for managing the workload because WordStream does the job perfectly.
