What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its interface. It is user-friendly and easy to use. I also think it is progressive and versatile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't sync well with google logbook. Instead of syncing properly, it merely duplicates schedules, making it seem that you have 2 meetings in a single time slot. This hinders our scheduling process, so we have to un-sync it and manually input the schedule ourselves.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Following a schedule and accomplishing tasks became easier. It also keeps track of the time spent on a project so the planners have an idea of the ideal time that should be allotted for a particular task. This allowed us to improve on the ways we manage and assign tasks to our team.
